STOL®75 is a CuCrSiTi alloy that can be hardened by cold forming and by precipitation heat treatment. It has good bendability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a good strength and a good corrosion resistance. The relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 250°C are excellent. The electrical and thermal conductivity is excellent. Welding, soldering and brazing properties are good too.

CuZn10 has very good cold forming properties and is well suited for e.g. coinage, beating, embossing. This alloy has a higher strength as pure copper. It has good welding and brazing properties as well as a good corrosion resistant and is not fragile to stress corrosion and dezincification. CuZn10 is principally used in jewellery, metal goods, watch industry and in electronic industry for installation parts.We produce qualities with grain sizes below 5 μm if needed. The alloy type is listed in the USA by EPA to have good antimicrobial properties.

C15100 is a CuZr alloy that can be hardened by cold forming and by precipitation of CuZr – phases during a heat treatment. It has good bendability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a high strength and a good corrosion resistance. Due to the Zr-precipitations the relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 150°C are excellent. The electrical and thermal conductivity is excellent. Welding and brazing properties are good, soldering properties are excellent. The alloy is registered in the US by EPA to have good antimicrobial properties.

CuNi3Si is an optimized CuNiSi alloy that can be hardened by cold forming and by precipitation of NiSi-phases during a heat treatment. It has excellent bend ability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a high strength and a good corrosion resistance. Due to the NiSi-precipitations the relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 150°C are excellent. In combination with a tin coating even at temperatures around 150°C (3.000h) the tin coating does not peel off. The electrical and thermal conductivity is good. Welding, soldering and brazing properties are good too. The alloy is registered US EPA antimicrobial.

It has good bendability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a high strength and a good corrosion resistance. Due to the CrZr-precipitations the relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 250°C are excellent. The electrical and thermal conductivity is excellent. STOL®94 is a NiSi alloy that is available in cold worked and precipitation hardened tempers. It combines maximum strength with excellent bend ability, good electrical conductivity, excellent resistance against relaxation. No peeling at long-term up to 130°C. and higher. Partial substitute for copper-beryllium alloys.
