BRAND

KMEOn 1 May 2007 KME Group adopted the single brand KME® to identify all its subsidiaries, whose plants are located in Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and China.

DEAL OF THE YEAR 2006 FOR KME

After a year full of change and achievement, KME Group was recognised by the international finance community for the financial contracts stipulated the previous year with GE Commercial Finance and the pool of banks headed by Deutsche Bank, for a total value of EUR 1.65 billion.

The Group was awarded with the prestigious “Deal of the year 2006” by the international trade publication "Trade Finance", with the “Best Deals of 2006” by the international trade publication "Global Trade Review" and with the “Deals of the year ‘06” by the international trade publication "Trade and Forfaiting Review".

The three magazines voted the contract as one of the most innovative of the year for its complexity and for the solutions implemented at a Pan-European level.
