Since 31 January 2022, our former division is operating under a new shareholder structure, in which the investment company The Paragon Fund III holds 55% of the business shares, while KME Group remains as a shareholder with 45% shares of the newly founded company.
Due to this restructuring the new company cunova GmbH (formely KME Special Products & Solutions GmbH) will provide information about its product and service portfolio as well as business developments via its own new web presence at cunova.com.
