Our concern is the protection of your data
Thank you for your interest in our company, our products and our services. We would like to ensure that you feel comfortable about the protection of your personal data when you visit our website. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. For us, compliance with the statutory regulations, in particular with the Federal Data Protection Act (German: BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (German: TMG) is a matter of course.
We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data protection regulations are adhered to not only by us, but also by external service providers commissioned by us.

Personal data
Personal data comprise all information relating to your identity. This includes such details as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, for example. It is not necessary for you to disclose personal data when using our website. In certain cases, however, we need your name and address as well as other details, so that we can render the requested services.
The same applies to sending information or to answering individual questions, for instance. We will draw your attention to this whenever it becomes necessary. Beyond this we only save and process data that you provide voluntarily and, if applicable, data automatically collected when you visit our website (see below).
In as far as you utilise services provided by us, normally only such data are collected that are necessary to perform the services requested. If we ask you to disclose further personal data to us, then this will be on a voluntary basis. The processing of personal data occurs exclusively for the purpose of providing the service requested and for protecting our own justified business interests.

Intended purpose of the personal data
We use the personal data provided by you generally for the purpose of answering your inquiries or of enabling you to access certain information. In order to maintain our customer relationships, it may also be necessary for us or for a service provider appointed by us to use these personal data to inform you of product offers or to conduct online surveys to enable us to better meet the tasks and requirements of our customers. We will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor exploit them in any other way.

Use for a specific purpose
We will only collect, process and use the personal data provided by you for the purposes communicated to you. You data will not be passed on to third parties.
The collection of personal data and the transfer of such data to institutions and authorities entitled to obtain such information are carried out only to the extent required by law or if we are obliged to do so by virtue of a court ruling. Our employees and the service providers appointed by us are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are under an obligation to obey the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act.

Data automatically collected when you visit our website
We collect and store the following data during the use of our website:

  • File name of the requested file(s)
  • Date and time of the inquiry
  • Amount of data transferred
  • A statement whether the file was fully transferred
  • Information about your web browser and your operating system
  • Address of the site from which you started the call
  • Your IP address

The collection and processing serve to prepare statistics and for troubleshooting purposes.


Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files which are saved by your web browser on your computer. They are used for purposes of user friendliness by storing your preferred settings, previously viewed websites and user data.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google“). The information generated by the cookie concerning the use of this website will generally be passed on to a Google server in the USA and processed there. In the case of the activation of the IP anonymisation of this website (see below), our IP address is, however, previously abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contractual states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transferred to the Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases.
Under the authority of the operator of this website, Google use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to render further services to the website operator that are also associated with the website use and Internet use. The IP address transferred from your browser by Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

We would like to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();“ in order to ensure the anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Revocation, amendments, corrections and updates
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored in relation to you free of charge upon request. Furthermore, you can have false data corrected or disabled and deleted, in so far as legal storage obligations do not contradict this and/or the data are able to be processed even against your wish.
