The code of conduct aims at committing the employees to strictly adhere to current legislation and to comply with the ethical rules and principles follow specified in the corporate policy.

The KME code of conduct covers the following issues:
1. Fair competition and antitrust law
2. Anti-corruption
3. Environment, health and safety
4. Ban of child labour
5. Respect of the fundamental human rights of all employees
6. No infringement of our own ownership rights or those of others
7. No conflicts of interest
8. Handling of information
