Following the massive cyber attack on the KME Group and the resulting impact it had on its operations, production and administration can now resume normal operations with minor restrictions in close cooperation with our IT experts.
Based on the best possible IT security standards and data protection directions, all PCs and servers throughout the company were scanned and securely restored. During and after the cyber attack, KME worked around the clock with all available internal resources and in close collaboration with external IT-experts to resolve the situation. Police and public prosecutor's office are involved.
We continue to thank our customers, suppliers and all partners of KME Group for their understanding and support during the last 12 days and are asking for active information in case of system caused restrictions in our collaboration.
