KME attaches great importance to the health and safety of our employees and our visitors. Our goal is to reinforce safety-conscious behavior at all levels and to raise awareness of remaining risks and, in particular, unsafe acts. We are pleased to have successfully implemented a safety culture in Osnabrück through our AGU program, which ensures transparency and openness as well as the involvement of all employees in the continuous improvement process of our occupational safety standards.
As part of the AGU occupational safety program, "10 Golden Safety Rules" have now been drawn up to provide us all with uniform, firm guidelines in our daily work and apply without restriction to everyone working in the company.
